We value hospitality

At Mid-Cities, we strive to create a gathering space where people feel at ease and unrushed, a place where relationships and honest conversations are natural and gracious. We greatly appreciate anyone who would choose to worship with us! Come see what we’re about, and feel free to participate as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.

What to expect

  • Dress — Our church is very laid back. Wear whatever is comfortable for you.

  • Parking — The parking lot is directly across the street from the building. Handicap-accessible parking spots are available behind the building.

  • Entrances — Our worship center is located in the basement/ground floor of the building. Two sandwich board signs will be outside directing you to two available entrances into the building.

  • Time — Our services typically last about 70-80 minutes.

  • Arrival — You’ll see signs pointing you down the steps into the building. When you walk in, you’ll be greeted by a few people and handed a program. People will be standing around talking, and there’s a spot to grab coffee. The service will start right at 10:00 am.

  • Service — We will sing songs led by our worship team, read the Bible, pray, and hear a teaching from the Bible. Usually, on the first Sunday of the month and after the teaching, we will take the Lord’s Supper together.

KIDS-CITY

We have a lot of young families at Mid-Cities at Maplewood, so kids are a huge priority for us. We are committed to providing a safe and fun environment for children. All of our volunteers have been background-checked and interviewed. When you walk into the building, one of our greeters will direct you to the Kids-City check-in station. There will be someone to assist you with checking in your child.

If you have questions, please don’t hesitate to send us an email before you visit.

Therefore welcome one another as Christ has welcomed you, for the glory of God.
